The Contractor shall provide all plans, ... 14th Contracting Squadron at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), MS anticipates a solicitation for the Repair/Convert Arts & Crafts to STARBASE, B335 (EEPZ235599). The Contractor shall provide all plans, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to renovate the portion of B335 being worked on under this anticipated contract. The work shall include, but is not limited to demolish all cabinets and shelving, existing flooring, ceiling, dust collection system, boiler system, etc.. The contractor shall also furnish/install new HVAC, kitchenette, sprinkler system, and conform bathroom to meet ADA standards. The contractor shall perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, all related AF requirements, and all applicable codes and references. Please note that the Government has provided the SOW REVISED. Although most revisisons are indicated in red text, it is highly recommended that offerors review the entire document. In addition, please see the three (3) attachments that have been added. The project magnitude of this procurement is between $1,000,000.00-$5,000,000.00. This acquisition issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns as a Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The PSC classification is Z2AA Maintenance, Repair, and Alteration of Real Property. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government anticipates establishing evaluation factors that may assess price, technical acceptability, prior history, and SAM exclusions.
