The tasks include but not limited to: demo existing boiler, furnish/install new boilers and exhaust stacks, paint walls and ceilings, etc. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition shall be issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns with 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, Air-Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19.0 Million. The PSC classification is J041 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment--Refridgeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulatory Equipment. The Goverment intends to award based upon lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government anticipates establishing evaluation factors that may assess price, technical acceptability, prior history, and SAM exclusions.
