14th Contracting Squadron at Columbus Air Force Base (CAFB), MS anticipates a solicitation for the following: The Contractor shall provide all plans, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete a full renovation of Kaye Auditorium, B708. This includes but is not limited to: demolish carpet, light fixtures, acoustic ceiling, and chair rails etc.. The contractor shall also furnish/Install new lights, ceiling, carpet, generator etc. The contractor shall perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, all related AF requirements, and all applicable codes and references. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is to be issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The PSC classification is Z2AA Maintenance, Repair, and Alteration of Real Property. The Government anticipates issuing an award based upon the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government also anticipates establishing evaluation factors that may assess price, technical acceptability, prior history, and SAM exclusions.
