Please be advised, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The objective of this project is to construct an addition to the FMO Warehouse, B346. This project will focus on adding a 48’ x 84’ addition to the warehouse space for storage, increased driveway/parking area, a larger caged section for secure storage, a bathroom for facility users, a small room for electric/fire alarm panels, and a ductless mini-split cooling and heating air conditioning system. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This acquisition is to be issued pursuant to FAR Part 15, and pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.15 is to be competed among Small Business concerns as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code is 236220 Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45.0 Million. The PSC classification is Z2FC Repair Or Alteration Of Troop Housing Facilities. The Government anticipates issuing an award based upon the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Part 15. The Government reserves the right to conduct exchanges with offerors. All relevant solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings will be available on the System for Award Management website: http://www.SAM.gov. Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
