Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform green waste (GW), municipal solid waste (MSW), and mixed load contruction waste (MLCW) at Northwest Field, Andersen AFB Guam. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final Governing Standards (FGS) or, in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD). Estimated workload data: Green Waste - 120,000 Tons Total Municipal Solid Waste - 2 Tons/Month Mixed Load Construction Waste - 15 Tons
