This is the Sources Sought Notice for the replacement of NAVSUP Weapons System Support BOA N00104-15-G-A402 that supports components for evaluation and repair of Fly-By-Wire and Submarine Logistics Components used on Trident, Seawolf and Virginia class. Please see attached NIIN list for all NIINs that will be associated with this BOA. The items listed will be repaired by Electric Boat Corporation (CAGE 96169) located in Groton, CT which is the place of performance. Electric Boat Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source to possess full repair capability. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the Government making the item listed sole source to Electric Boat Corporation. Even though the items are designated sole source, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
