This is a pre-solicitation notice of the government's intent to award a sole-source contract to The Boeing Company for the remanufacture of the ALCM Elevon Actuator Controller (EAC). The contractor will perform full remanufacturing services and produce associated test sets, with work to be performed at the contractor's facility. The anticipated period of performance is from August 2026 to August 2033. The contract will be an IDIQ with various potential contract types, and it is not a small business set-aside.
