This is for Market Research purposes ONLY. ACC-APG Huachuca Division is issuing this Draft Solicitation. The government is seeking feedback from industry on the contents of this solicitation. The government is asking for questions in writing. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. Some of the documents are not complete and will be updated as appropriate. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow-up information requests. The government is considering setting aside this solicitation for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Are there questions with this approach. Please note that under a Small-Business Set-Aside, in accordance with FAR 52.219-14, the small business prime must perform at least 50% of the work themselves in terms of the cost of performance.
