All questions you would like to submit for the draft documents are due by 20 November 2020. The United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) has a continued need for non-personal services Telecommunications Support for C4IM (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management) Unified Capabilities; Information Technology Services (ITS); Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Network Management; and Inside/Outside Plant (to include Tier I and II support). This Information Management Communications Systems (IMCS) IV acquisition includes a five-year ordering period. IMCS IV will be a follow-on procurement to the current IMCS III Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts which expire 14 December 2021. The anticipated award date for IMCS IV is 01 December 2021. The Government anticipates awarding an undetermined number of IDIQ contracts centrally managed by the Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (AAC-APG) Huachuca Division. These contracts will be awarded as a total small business set-aside with a five-year ordering period utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541513, Computer Facilities Management Services. *This is a DRAFT RFP.
