All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Provide natural gas distribution system line leak survey annually on Dover Air Force Base. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to accomplish a base wide natural gas distribution system leak survey in accordance with attached performance work statement. Offers shall be due no later than 18 March 2019, 10:00 a.m. EST.
