The DoDCC provides products and services to customers within the Pentagon Reservation to include food service, retail and vending. The DoDCC is interested soliciting proposals to award a License Agreement to a company that will fabricate/fabricate or purchase, deliver and install furniture in designated spaces within the Pentagon and remove and dispose of the existing furniture in those same spaces. It is the intention of the Department of Defense Concessions Committee (DoDCC), a Non-Appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI), to award a non-exclusive license agreement for a firm to perform auditing services for the DoDCC and other Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) offices, as determined, located in the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. The successful offeror will be required to perform annual financial and compliance audits for the DoDCC, its retail concessionaires (2 per year) and other OSD offices, as determined. Audits shall be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Government Audit Standards (GAGAS). The successful ooferor will also be required to issue management letters, as appropriate, to include all findings, comments and recommendations on all weaknesses and deficiencies identified.
