DRAFT RFP for Enduring-High Energy Laser Production Effort
This is a draft Request for Proposal for the production and rapid fielding of up to 24 Enduring-High Energy Laser (E-HEL) systems for the PAE Fires. The notice is for planning purposes to allow industry to verify the requirement's reasonableness and feasibility. Comments or questions on the draft must be submitted via email to the listed government contacts by 10:00 AM Eastern Time on Thursday, February 16, 2026. The associated Performance Work Statement and other documents are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must be requested from the government points of contact.
