Please see attachment. This is a non-personal service contract to provide contractor support for the Defense Retiree and Annuitant System – Modernization (DRAS-M). The contractor shall provide all personnel and items necessary to perform the functional and technical support for the DRAS-M as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. DFAS is encouraging responses from vendors both small and large businesses.
