The Defense Human Resources Activity is seeking feedback on this draft solicitation from interested parties for Enterprise Operational Administrative Support Services. This requirement will be restricted to active U.S. Small Business Administration 8(a) program participants in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This draft solicitation provides the 8(a) small business community and other stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback to the acquisition team regarding the draft solicitation. This draft solicitation is NOT a solicitation for Government services. No awards will be made from this draft solicitation. Responding to the draft solicitation is voluntary. The associated documents are being posted for small business planning purposes and to provide the 8(a) community an opportunity to review and comment on a forthcoming Request for Proposal. Interested vendors may provide feedback/comments relating to this draft Solicitation via email, no later than February 3, 2020 at 10:00AM Eastern.
