The Final RFP includes questions and answers received in response to this Draft RFP. This is a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). Questions and/or comments are requested from interested vendors no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time Nov 18, 2019. The final RFP and responses to questions are anticipated to be posted on beta.SAM.gov following the closure of this draft RFP announcement.
