The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to ask industry for insight, feedback and comments on the draft versions of the General Requirements, Section L, and Section M documents prior to the issuance of the formal solicitation. The MACC is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract that includes multiple construction disciplines. All work will be accomplished in adherence to contract and task order documents as well as industry and regulatory standards. The performance locations will be at Sheppard AFB, Texas including Lake Texoma Annex, and Frederick (OK) Airfield; and Altus AFB, Oklahoma including Clinton-Sherman Airfield and Ebbing Field (AR). This Notice is issued solely for information, planning purposes, and market research in accordance with with DoD Source Selection Procedures linked to DFARS PGI 215.300. All responses will be considered in developing the final versions of these documents. No award will be made from this notice. A solicitation may be available in Summer 2023; therefore, do not request a copy of a solicitation at this time. The United States Air Force is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
