The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking market research information from qualified sources for integrated building maintenance, HVACR maintenance, sports field and playground maintenance, and related sustainment services at DoDEA Pacific East District facilities throughout Japan. The contractor would provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and resources needed to perform these services at multiple schools, administrative facilities, warehouses, and transportation facilities in Japan. Interested vendors are asked to submit company details, capability statements, relevant experience, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing information to help the government understand market conditions and anticipated costs. This is a Sources Sought Notice/RFI only, not a solicitation, and no contract award will result from responses. The draft Performance Work Statement is provided for reference, but detailed facility lists and supporting attachments are not available at this time.
