In the interest of economy and efficiency for the Government’s benefit, CET 22-211 Misty Knight is a logical follow-on to CET 19-921, HQ072719F1413, which was issued under the ATSP4 contract to Northrop Grumman. All ATSP4 awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for CET 19-921.
