The contractor will conduct up to six DLPT5 standard setting studies in a base period and up to six studies in each of six option periods, covering twelve languages including Ukrainian, Russian, Korean, and French. The work involves establishing independent reading and listening cut scores, with final deliverables being comprehensive analytical reports. Performance will take place within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C., and requires a minimum of one plenary room and two separate acoustic breakout rooms.
