A contractor will conduct up to six DLPT5 standard setting studies in a base period, plus up to six studies in each of six option periods. The work involves establishing independent reading and listening cut scores across twelve languages, including Ukrainian, Russian, Korean, and French. Final deliverables will be comprehensive analytical reports. Performance will occur within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C. The facility must include at least one plenary room and two separate acoustic breakout rooms.
