RFI # DLA-MIA-23-0001 DISCLAIMER: THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The information being requested is to assist with planning a U.S. domestic content Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Industry Exchange Day (Industry Day). This is not a solicitation, invitation for bid, request for quote, or a request for proposal, nor is it a commitment by the U.S. Government (Government) to procure services or supplies. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. The Government will not pay for any information requested or demonstrated. All costs incurred responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. All submissions become Federal Government property and will not be returned. Failure to respond to this RFI will not preclude participation in any future solicitation. All responses that include business confidential or proprietary information should be clearly marked. Do not include any classified information. Submissions are subject to the Freedom of Information Act once posted on https://sam.gov/.” All comments received will be searchable by the name of the individual submitting the comment (or signing the comment, if submitted on behalf of an association, business, labor union, etc.). You may review the Privacy Act Statement of the Defense Logistics Agency at https://www.dla.mil/Privacy-Act-Of-1974/. Responses will be shared between the Made in America Office (MIAO), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Information submitted in response to this RFI may also be shared with other federal agencies interested in the results.
