The U.S. Army is conducting market research for potential sources to provide components for the AN/ZSH-3(V)1 Black Hornet 4 (BH4) Soldier Borne Sensor, including the S007250 Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle, S007251 Unmanned Aircraft Main Module, S007260 Grip Assembly Controller AC, and S007252 Case, Electronic Communication (Hangar). Estimated quantities over a 3-year period are 2,300; 1,100; 750; and 550 units, respectively. Suppliers must be able to manufacture or source these items in accordance with the government data package. Responses, submitted by email only, should include a questionnaire, prior government/commercial contract information, evidence the items can be provided, company name, CAGE code, and a technical point of contact with email and phone number. This is not a solicitation; the information will be used to determine whether responsible sources exist and to inform potential competitive or small-business set-aside acquisition strategies.
