DLA-Aberdeen, on behalf of Army ILSC/SCMD/SSD, intends to acquire parts supporting the SMART-T system, specifically a Visual Cleaning and Polishing Kit (P/N 0831-1000, NSN 6070-01-734-1566) and a fiber cleaning tool (NSN 6070-01-734-1554, CAGE 08RC6). The kit cleans single-fiber and TFOCA 2.5 mm end-faces and includes a miniature screwdriver with 3/32 in. magnetic bit, needle-nose pliers, and 50 replacement alignment sleeves. The Government does not possess or release the technical data package, and this is a follow-on procurement; a small quantity was previously procured in early 2026 for training.
