DLA-Aberdeen, on behalf of Army ILSC/SCMD/SSD, is conducting market research to identify sources capable of supplying load bank parts (NSN 6150-01-455-4207 and 6150-01-486-6937, P/N A3354293, CAGE 80063) for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System EPP III; the load bank was last purchased on 8/17/2026 for a quantity of 21 items/services. The load bank is electrical test equipment that simulates an electrical load and supports field preventive maintenance checks/services on the EPP III’s 150 kW, 400 Hz generator sets. The Government does not possess or release the technical data package, which includes Level 3 production information, so interested sources must demonstrate capability to manufacture or supply the same or similar parts/services. Sources should respond by email with company name, CAGE code, a technical point of contact, and supporting documentation such as a questionnaire, drawings, test results, past Government/commercial contract information, and data rights. This is not an RFP/RFQ and is for planning/market research only, with no contract award or reimbursement based on responses.
