The U.S. Army CECOM Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC) is conducting a review of the MIL-PRF-32271A specification and all associated slash sheets, and is considering an update to the documents. Requirements Description: The Government is seeking comments on the current specification sheets for MIL-PRF-32271A, General Performance Specification for Non-Rechargeable Lithium Batteries. The specification sheets are available at https://quicksearch.dla.mil/qsSearch.aspx. All comments received will be considered, but are considered non-binding. No compensation will be provided for any efforts related to this request for information, however, changes to the specification will have bearing on potential future acquisitions for the subject batteries. Failure to respond will not adversely affect an offeror’s ability to participate in future acquisitions. Anyone wishing to comment on a version of one or more of the specification sheets should email their response to both Luis Beltran, luis.a.beltran4.civ@army.mil, and usarmy.apg.cecom.mbx.ilsc-pe-pscoe-support@army.mil. All comments must be provided by 8 September 2023.
