This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for the 24 VDC alternator, 45 A output, P/N 129908-77250, CAGE Code 80LX1 for testing purpose. This item supporting the MEP-804 and MEP-814, 15 kW TQG NSN: 6115-01-546-2792. The current source for the 24 VDC alternator is Yanmar America Corporation, CAGE 80LX1. Configuration drawings are not available. Detailed technical data for the manufacture of this item is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these items should so indicate, by writing via email to Hassan.A.Azzam.civ@army.mil & rabiul.i.bari.civ@army.mil. The following items are required to perform testing by the Government. • The PN of the alternator is 129908-77250. The Cage Code is 80LX1. • The PN of the harness is 700-08788. The Cage Code is 00U12. Suppliers or distributors capable of supplying the 24 VDC alternator producing 45 A output must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USA CECOM, ATTN: FCDD-ISP-GE, building 6001, Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD 21005 or by email to: Hassan.A.Azzam.civ@army.mil & rabiul.i.bari.civ@army.mil. The Government estimate requirement from the 24 VDC alternator is as follows: FY23: 2 The response must include products lead time, rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimate on a per unit basis, supply or delivery, vendor name, CAGE, address, additional harness, company representative, Tel/fax#, and applicable email address, or any other information that could affect the acquisition. The successful supplier shall be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
