This is a market survey to locate sources of supply for NSN 5995-01-548-3268, Part Number A3307401-1 Cable Assembly, Printed, Flexible. This item is a part of the Vehicle Remote Control Unit (VRCU) Control-Monitor C-12754/VRC, which is an accessary to the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) Radio Systems. The Government has requirements for quantity 2 of this NSN. Technical Data Package (TDP) for manufacture and acceptance of this item that the Government possesses is proprietary to L3Harris, the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Therefore, the TDP for this item is NOT releasable. Interested sources that are capable of manufacturing or supplying the items specified above must submit enough information to demonstrate their capability to manufacture or supply this items. At a minimum, information submitted should include but is not limited to the following types of documentation: drawing, test results and test procedures for this item demonstrating the interested sources’ capability of supplying this item; copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing Control-Monitor C-12754/VRC; and the responses to the questionnaire attached. The information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government for the purpose of planning to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business. The Government will also use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and to assist in making future acquisition strategy decisions. This is NOT a Request for Quote or Proposal. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this SSA or reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas.
