The Defense Logistics Agency-Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center (ILSC), intends to acquire parts to support the Warfighter Information Network - Tactical Increment 2 (WIN-T INC 2) system. Requirements Description: This LRU a commercially available Intellipower, Inc. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), FA00164, utilized in the Satellite Transportable Terminal High Power (STT 202 (AN/TSC-202)). It is the only known technically acceptable part for its application. Only a form, fit, and function identical part will suffice. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) for the parts. The TDP is not available for release. The USG CANNOT guarantee specific requirement for production of LRUs. However, minimum projection is currently estimated at a total quantity of 40 units for production. It is highly encouraged that interested sources fully capable of satisfying potential supply for these items identify and submit their best economic range quantity to achieve manufacture cost savings as part of responses to this announcement for consideration. This Sources sought announcement (SSA) is for planning and market research purposes only, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from this announcement will be used to determine if responsible sources exist, and to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or set aside for Small Business. Furthermore, the Government will use the information, in part, to determine the best acquisition strategy for a potential procurement action and/or to assist in making acquisition strategy decisions in the future.
