This is a Market Survey to notify the public that the U.S. Army intends to exercise an FY 20 option for a Task Order to maintain the Computer Test Set (CTS) TS-3920C/ASM p/n: 05-0330-07, 6625-01-529-3346, used to detect, and align faults in the Automated Flight Control System for the UH-60 Blackhawk Helicopter. The current source of supply is Ultrax Aerospace Inc, 4200 NE Sun Court, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, CAGE Code 07PR7. The Army does not own or have access to a complete technical data package (TDP) defining the manufacture and testing of the TS-3920C/ASM CTS, Computer Test Set. The US Army cannot make the TDP available to any organization. Only the original manufacturer, Ultrax Aerospace Inc., has the complete TDP. Vendor capable of maintaining the above must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: FCDD-ISP-AB, Building 6007, Aberdeen Proving Ground, 6560 Surveillance Road, Aberdeen, MD 21005-1846. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the above source or a statement from the above source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, maintain the CTS.
