The contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove three existing ADA security portals at the NPTU Security Building, construct a new secure floor-to-deck partition wall with three security doors, and perform associated demolition, electrical, security rough-in, painting, cleanup, and testing. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines while maintaining facility security and operations. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract. A mandatory site visit will be held approximately three calendar days after solicitation issuance, and award is anticipated no later than September 30, 2026.
