The government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for work to remove, replace, or repair unsupported masonry walls at Joint Base Charleston, covering both the Air Base and Naval Weapons Station. The contractor must furnish all tools, labor, materials, and equipment, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local codes including the IBC, NFPA 70, NFPA 1, UFC, and UFGS.
