The scope of this project is to replace substandard equipment and replace base aboveground utility systems, overhead electrical poles, conductors, equipment, and secondary supply conductors with new utility systems. New overhead line from Pole D-83 to D-47 shall be designed to complete the loop. All work shall be completed as indicated in the contract documents and specifications including incidental related work
