The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Emerging Technology (EM) Directorate through the DISA Procurement Services Directorate (PSD) is seeking an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement to fulfill the need for a prototype to automate (to the maximum extent feasible) a system that will offer an end-to-end analysis and response of spectrum sharing coordination requests (CR) in the 3450-3550 MHz band. Requests submitted after this date will not be provided with the requested information. Note: All personnel requesting access to this information are required to submit an NDA concurrently with this request. Access is on an individual not group basis.
