Amendment 0008 is issued to provide clarification on the FEDRAMP and IL4-6 in Section 3.4.2, and change the due date for submission of White Papers from September 3, 2021 at 1600 EDT to September 7, 2021 at 1200 EDT. The Government will not accept any further questions nor will it grant any additional extensions. All changes are highlighted in Red. Amendment 0007 is issued due to administrative corrections to RWP Section 3.4.1 to correct numbering, update Section 2.2 Minimum Acceptability, Section 3.4.5. Price, and Section 6 to correct the RWP due date time from September 3, 2021 at 0900 EDT to September 3, 2021 at 1600 EDT. All changes are highlighted in Purple. Amendment 0006 is issued to remove the Milestone Chart in RWP Section 3.4.4 (page 14) and amend RWP 3.4.1 to indicate offerors must submit a Milestone Chart. The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Cybersecurity Directorate (ID), through the DISA Procurement Services Directorate (PSD), is seeking White Papers from our industry partners on a proposed solution for the Thunderdome Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and implementation. The Government desires a new approach to deliver an initial, minimum viable product (MVP) for the architecture of a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Software Defined (SD) Wide Area Network (WAN) with Customer Edge and Application Security Stack prototypes within six months of award for 25 SD-WAN sites and 5,000 users. Improvement and operational implementation of these capabilities through the year 2025 are planned. DISA expects the performing vendor to play a critical role interacting with key stakeholders across DISA and the Fourth Estate.
