The U.S. Army has a requirement to perform quality control procedures as new Chemical Agent Resistance Coating (CARC) coatings areapplied to Army vehicle systems. One of these quality procedures utilizes a device called a Directional Hemispherical Reflectometer (DHR) to ensure the proper application and effectiveness of these coatings without revealing potentially classified information. Each DHR tool shall be equipped with the standard Engineering Mode and Quality Control Mode.
