The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Gordon has a requirement from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) to provide Support Base Services (SBS) at Fort Gordon, Georgia and Fort Gillem, Georgia. Fort Gordon and Fort Gillem are large, multi-mission, multi-service military installations providing base services and support across a wide spectrum of training, operational, and Soldier sustainment needs. The installations support Department of Army (DA) and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations and activities performing regional and world-wide missions including communications training and operations, military intelligence, cyber operations, medical and dental care, force integration, and mobilization. Fort Gordon provides year-round training for more than 54,000 reservists as well as Army and Navy Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) students. This SBS requirement will consist of providing supervision, personnel, training, travel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government furnished property (GFP) and contract support including but not limited to the 10 functional areas below: Personnel Strength Accounting Electronic Military Personnel Office Operations (EMILPO) Process Personnel Manning Provide Administrative Service Support Personnel Processing Process Personnel Actions Personnel Manning Causality Operations Provide Separation & Retirement Services Conduct Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) This will be a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The NAICS code is 561110 - Office Administrative Services and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The contract will consist of a 30-day phase-in, base period, and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with cost reimbursable supplies and materials Contract Line Items (CLINs). The Request for Proposal number is W9124919R0002. A draft copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.
