Additionally, the Government will not be accepting questions in response to this notice. Contractor's are encouraged to respond to this Notice in accordance with the instructions provided in the Notice by the deadline established. An updated Notice is attached with the revisions. ************************************************************************************************************************* The Defense Human Resources Activity is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources for, providing services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) below. This notice shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. In addition, it does not guarantee that a subsequent solicitation will be issued. Submission of any information in response to this Sources Sought notice is voluntary and will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition approach. Costs associated with any submission shall not be reimbursed by the Government. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SEEKING PROPOSALS AND WILL NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS. The proposed NAICS for this effort is 541219 Other Accounting Services (size standard is $22.0M). Comments on this NAICS and suggestions for alternative codes must include supporting rationale. The Government is specifically performing Market Research to see if there are potential vendors who can provide the following: The Contractor shall provide the personnel, management and materials necessary to sustain support of DAI at DHRA. DHRA requires support in the broad categories of accounting and budget support, program management, help desk and training. 3.1 Primary areas for Accounting and Budget support include, obligations, data cleansing, assisting with triannual review maintenance, coordinating with the Help Desk where required on all DAI module issues and providing any other related accounting and budget support as required. 3.2 Primary areas of support for the Tier 1 Help Desk include, program management, planning, process analysis, workflow, user management, testing, and workforce preparation.
