The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source contract to D-Scope Systems for the continued support and sustainment of the D-Scope VIA medical imaging platform. This mission-critical system is operational at JBSA-Lackland and Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in Texas. The justification for a sole-source award is that D-Scope Systems is identified as the only vendor capable of meeting the requirements for this deeply integrated platform, which includes enterprise servers and mobile endoscopy carts.
