This requirement is to support Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) through the procurement of Hospital Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technical Refresh, O&M Technician Services, Maintenance, and Warranty for supplies and services. Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) possesses telepresence and video teleconferencing systems with components distributed throughout the base to provide video teleconferencing services to the command. These systems require Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technical refresh (replacement), O&M Technician Services, Maintenance, and Warranty support. The Information Technology Department aims to implement a comprehensive information technology solution, encompassing the requirements and specifications delineated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Adequate resources will be dedicated to the management and operational requirements necessary for efficient and effective administration, operation, maintenance, and control of all duties to be performed pursuant to this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Said duties shall include, but not be limited to, the maintenance and support of the Defense Information Assurance Risk Management Framework (DIARMF) accreditation Authorization to Operate (ATO) for telepresence and video teleconferencing systems. These updates support the design and realization of teleconferencing requirements throughout the Information Technology (IT) system deployment lifecycle for communications needs.
