The objectives of this task order is to provide the necessary services and qualified personnel to provide technical expertise, program support, and analytical project management initiation and execution support for the DLA Research and Development (R&D) Program to improve technical and logistics information efforts in support of DLA R&D strategic focus areas. The accomplishment of these objectives requires demonstrated skill and knowledge across a full spectrum of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR), and Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) programs, as well as, project management for distribution, theatre logistics and supply chain management See attached LSJ for details on need and justification to extend task order, per 52.217-8.
