All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. DCSO-R2-20-02-01 is an amendment to RFI DCSO-R2-20-02 to update attachment CPI PWS RFI FINAL 01-07-20 to a viewable verison. This is a request for information (RFI) for the Defense Logistics Agency Continuous Process Improvement Program Management Office (HQ DLA CPI PMO) located at Fort Belvoir, VA seeking vendors proposed solutions, relative to NAICS code 541611. The services sought include expert program management, project execution, coaching and advisory services for Continuous Process Improvement and associated methodologies to include Agile, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Theory of Constrains (ToC), TRIZ and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Lean, Human Centered Design (HCD), etc. See attached Performance Work Statement. This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this RFI will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or any other charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for Continuous Process Improvement. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Please reference the RFI #DCSO-R2-20-02-01 in your response. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources who can provide the services requested in the attached PWS. The Government is seeking sources who are able to provide these services immediately. Responses must provide PROOF of the ability to provide ALL of the requested items in the PWS. This is not a request for pricing, rather a request for interested parties to provide evidence that they can provide the exact products as requested.
