This requirement is to provide transportation services for personnel to transit between buildings on Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). This includes persons with disabilities to transport them from/to the Visitor Center to their building/work site on the base when their transportation provider is not vetted to have access to the base. All transportation services are to be provided on DSCR, with no off-center origin or destination requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, training, vehicles, fuel, and related supplies and equipment necessary to drive Government furnished wheelchair accessible vehicles to provide center-wide transportation services for the DSCR. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with industry standards. Service time requirements are from 5:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Refer to attachment for further details. This requirement is a Firm-Fixed-Price contract type. The term will be a 12-month base period with two, 12-month option periods. The total duration (base plus option periods) shall not exceed 36 months. The estimated solicitation issue date is on or around February 10, 2022.
