This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) for Market Research purposes only. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFP or RFQ. Only U.S. Companies and U.S. Persons may view and respond to this request. DCSA has the potential need for an acquisition that encompasses the full range of services and products required to provide certified court reporting and transcribing services as well as pre-trial and trial administrative support as detailed in the Sources Sought Notice. Court reporting and transcribing services and physical products withinin the Continental U.S. both virtually and in-person and court reporters must be certified in all 50 States and U.S. territories and be available from 0600-2200 EST. Administrative discovery, pre-trial and trial support as needed including exhibit preparation, courtroom presentation assistance, courtroom/interview audio/visual services, graphics support, and providing administrative support to trial attorney staff in preparing filings for submission.
