DCSA’s Personnel Vetting, Data Collection and Analysis requires secure network access to international criminal, law enforcement, and public safety records, including CHRI repositories from U.S. local, regional, state, and territorial agencies, Washington D.C., Canada, and potentially other relevant areas. Records must be provided in accordance with Federal Investigative Standards and 5 U.S. Code § 9101. This information supports DCSA personnel vetting and background investigations for federal departments and agencies, including determinations of eligibility for classified access, sensitive duties, and other designated duties under FIS and Trusted Workforce 2.0. DCSA also has a continuing need for these records to support TW 2.0 continuous vetting requirements.
