It must integrate with existing authoritative case-management systems via open-standard APIs, avoid vendor lock-in, provide operational dashboards, and feed adjudicator outcomes back into rules and models under oversight. The platform must operate in controlled IL5 and classified IL6 environments consistent with Department of War cross-domain security requirements.
