The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to SunView Software Inc.,K1, a small business concern, for software maintenance support and upgrades for DCMA’s existing SunView ChangeGear products consisting of: 237 Concurrent Licenses, 25 Named Licenses, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Catalog, and 3 custom process modules. In addition to maintenance, the requirement consists of moving DCMA from service desk perpetual on premise to service desk subscription on premise. Perpetual licenses will no longer be active or available. Subscription includes 12 months of unlimited break/fix technical support, access to MySunView portal and assigned Account Manager (non-technical), plus access to product upgrades for all major and minor releases and services and support upgrade assistance to migrate to version 8.1 or 8.2. SunView will provide remote upgrade assistance to move to version 8.1 or 8.2 production. Professional Services available for data migration, customizations, testing, etc. during upgrades. A determination by DCMA not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this synopsis and other supporting documentation is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
