The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Repair Server HVAC and Electric Building 48 in Springfield, IL (Sangamon County). Building 48 has communication infrastructure with some deficiencies which require repairs to properly operate and maintain systems. Work of this contract comprises providing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide various HVAC and electrical repairs to Server Rooms in Building 48. This project will improve electrical power which is currently not sufficient and correct needed HVAC that is not currently present for cooling in the communication server rooms. All work shall be accomplished as required to meet current codes and Department of the Air Force Instruction (DAFI) requirements. The contract duration is 59 days after the notice to proceed (NTP). This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238220, with a size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude is between $25,000. and $100,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is late June 2025. The tentative date for the pre-quote conference is early-mid July 2025, location and time will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow site visit registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-quote conference.
