The 183d Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, intends to issue a Request for Quote to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Paint Munitions Buildings 143 and 154 in Springfield, IL (Sangamon County). Buildings 143 and 154 require attention to stop the widespread corrosion to the exterior of both buildings. Work of this contract comprises providing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to prep and clean existing exteriors of buildings, prime as required to promote proper adhesion and inhibit rust, and to apply two final coats of paint to entirety of building exteriors. The contract duration is 30 days after the notice to proceed (NTP). This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238320, with a size standard of $19,000,000. The magnitude is less than $25,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is early-May 2025. The tentative date for the pre-quote conference is mid-late May 2025, location and time will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend and shall follow site visit registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-quote conference.
