Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment, materials and personnel needed for the removal, rigging, transportation, repair, and reinstallation of the alternator for Generator #4 at Cape Cod Air Force Station, MA. Work shall include: Contractor shall provide all rigging and labor to safely remove the Alternator from the GenSet #4. Contractor shall remove the Alternator from the Generator plant, and load onto truck for shipment to a repair facility. Contractor shall provide shipment of the alternator to a repair facility. Contractor shall provide complete repairs, from a shop regularly engaged in Alternator refurbishment, and shall meet the original specifications of the Alternator. Specifications are listed in Para. 1.g. Contractor shall provide Certification from repair facility, that the Alternator has completed repairs to its’ original specifications. This Certification shall be reviewed and approved by the Government, before shipment back to the Generator plant. Upon completion of the repair, Contractor shall provide return shipment to the Generator Plant. Contractor shall unload the repaired Alternator from the truck and move it into the Generator plant. Contractor shall provide all rigging and labor to safely install the Alternator onto GenSet #4. Note: Mechanical and Electrical de-install and reinstall of the alternator from the generator, will be provided by others, outside of this SOW. Volts: 79 SER, Amps: 2.7 SER
