The purpose of this notice is to post the justification for the Limited Source Justification (LSJ) under Federeal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 8.4. The OSD/CAPE has a continuing need for Joint Data Suport Services to Future Force Planning under contract number HQ0034-20-F-0072 Tyto Government Solutions Inc. The current contract was set to expire on May 28, 2025, and the Government extended the current contract period of performance (POP) for continuity of services. The extension was awarded as a Firm Fixed Price Level of Effort (FFPLOE) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract type, with a total value of $616,577.84. The POP was extended from May 29, 2025 to August 28, 2025.
