Amendment 08: The purpose of this amendment is to update the “PROPOSAL TEMPLATE – VOLUME 3: ADMINISTRATIVE & NATIONAL POLICY REQUIREMENTS” and “MODEL OTHER TRANSACTION (OT) FOR PROTOTYPE” in order to add the Article and associated representation/ certification regarding “Prohibition on Providing or Using Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.” Amendment 07: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the closing of the Microsystems Exploration Program Announcement to July 12, 2021. Amendment 06: The purpose of this Amendment is to remove the requirement to submit the Schedule of Milestones and Payments template as a part of each proposal. Milestone amounts will be automatically determined by the accumulation of monthly amounts up to each milestone due date. In addition, Volume 2 Prime Summary spreadsheet is removed in its entirety and replaced with a version that combines the Phase breakouts into a single, monthly buildup for the entire project. The new Price Summary spreadsheet also provides additional notes for the proposers regarding the use of fully loaded cost elements, period of performance, and milestone amounts. Visibility into indirect rates/costs are no longer required in the Price Summary excel template. Amendment 05: The purpose of this Amendment is to remove references to FFRDCs and Government Entities found in Volume 3: Administrative and National Policy Requirements Document Template to correspond with changes made in Amendment 04. Amendment 04: The purpose of this Amendment is to update the Program Announcement and to provide updated Volume 2: Price Volume and Volume 2: Proposal Summary Spreadsheet templates along with an updated Model Other Transaction (OT) for Prototype document. Changes highlighted in yellow therein. Furthermore, please note that future µE topic announcements will include a "Proposal Preparation Checklist and Tips" document to aid in the proposal preparation process. Amendment 03: The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the Volume 3 template to add additional required OT reps and certs. Specifically, Section 8 is changed from "Representations Regarding Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under Any Federal Law," to "Certifications for Agreement," and Section 8 is revised in its entirety.
